We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
SHIPPING
Husky Armory prides itself on our fast shipping times. Orders placed are shipped in 7- 10 business days. (Please note: during large sales additional preparation days may be required.) Orders over $200 often require a signature from the purchaser. If your order includes multiple or a large amount of items, you may receive multiple packages.
SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Due to both federal and state gun laws, we are unable to ship certain 80% items to specific locations. A 15% restocking fee is accessed for orders placed from areas that prohibit the sale, transfer, or purchasing of 80% firearms. The 10% restocking fee will also be added for all returns on items in the 80% category.

* 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refunds for orders placed from these locations
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
GEISLER RETURNS
The Geisler Defence G19x Frames are classified as a “Final Sale” product. Please note that all Geisler Defence G19x Frames are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their sensitive nature, custom production, and potential delays caused by customs issues. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The Geisler Defence G19x Frame may only be returned for store credit.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a cancel or return your order you are required to fill out our request form: Return & Cancelation Form
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned:
● Products that have been used or modified
● Mag Release Spring
● Recoil Guide Rod Spring Assembly
● Geisler Defence 19x 80% Frame + Jig (zero returns/refunds/exchanges due to their sensitive nature)
● Parts Kit
● Broken Items
Please be advised these items are commonly misused or can break during installation (Please take caution when installing any parts)
MISSING & DELAYED PACKAGES
If you haven’t received updates regarding your package, please note that it typically takes 3-5 business days for fulfillment and shipping.
If your tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing, you must submit a lost/stolen item request with USPS.
As the recipient, you are responsible for initiating this request, as we cannot do it on your behalf.

COUPON CODES FOR SALES & DEALS
To ensure the success and validity of our coupon codes and promotional offers, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Timeframe: Orders must be placed within the specified period for the applicable deal.
Correct Items: Ensure that you are purchasing the correct item(s) as specified in the promotion.
Please note, that we are unable to retroactively apply coupon codes to orders placed outside of the designated timeframe or for incorrect items.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
In cases where an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned back to Husky Armory as “Undeliverable” due to any reason. We will often accommodate reshipping your order one time.
If you reach out then wishing to cancel and not reship we will apply a 10% restocking fee.
