Shipping and Chat Representative
Description
This role will handle shipping and receiving operations at our downtown warehouse. You would also be involved with supporting customers’ questions, issues, and comments via our email support desk.
The role will average 10 hours in the office per week, and the rest can be done remotely.
Pay Range
$19 – $24 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with Operations Director and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized area.
- Promptly unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
Maintains an accurate inventory and counting accurately. - Communicate with all customers about incoming and outgoing shipments or any issues arising during shipments.
Customer Chat Representative Responsibilities
- Answering customer queries quickly and courteously.
- Fixing customer problems.
- Handling multiple requests at once, which may involve navigating software, extracting information from chats, and researching files.
- Connecting with customers to enhance the customer service experience.
- Assessing concerns and finding solutions that are acceptable to both the customer and the company.
- Treating customers with respect to show that you are there to help.
Additional Information
Work Hours & Benefits
We are looking for shipping to be daily or every other day. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2/hrs a day. Chat can take anywhere from 1-3 hours a day depending on the requests. We are more than willing to be flexible and find what works best with your schedule!
